Heard this on audio and it was super cute. Definitely a feel good romcom. The narrators did a great job bringing the characters to life. The main characters had complexities that made them more relatable without all the added drama that tends to be used in this type of story. I loved how the side characters added value to the story. Definitely interested in seeing what’s next for this author.
This was such a cute book. I don’t feel like it was very smutty, but the angst and the descriptive way that it was written kept me intrigued. IMO the book is way better than the audio book. The description of Aidens voice and demeanor does not match the narrator on audiobook…sorry. Anyhow, Lucie’s viewpoint on love made me resonate with her and Aiden in my head is a heartthrob. Such a good read.
The best book I’ve read all year! What an absolutely beautiful story, and fantastic book to end 2025 with. This is a book that every one should read, not only romance readers. I love the family dynamic between Lucie, Maya, Grayson, and Mateo (and now Aiden!). I hope that there are real blended families like that out there. I can’t wait for Jackson and Delilah’s book!
Was really cute with just a smidgen of spice towards the end. My partner thought that whole book was smut based on the faces I made. It was really cute and easy to get into. Very descriptive and parts of the story were easy to feel like you were in the characters shoes.
