1.  The "Be Your H.E.R.O." virtual book club meets on the last Saturday of every month at 8:00 p.m. EST.

2.  For those with many activities on their calendar, this book club suits individuals with a little less time to be a book worm eight-hours a day. Therefore, two chapters are assigned per month.

3.  The current book is called, "The Self-Care Prescription: Powerful Solutions to Manage Stress, Reduce Anxiety, and Increase Well-being," by Robyn L. Gobin, PhD.

4.  View the miscellaneous calendar in this club for dates.  Monthly discussion questions and tutorials are uploaded also to this club.

5.  Participation Guidelines:

  • This is a positive, safe, and open virtual environment.  It is also fun! So, if you are not up for speaking if called upon, feel free to say, “I’ll Fly,” similar to a superhero such as Superman, or Iron Man instead of “I’ll pass.”
  • Let us continue to foster learning and friendliness:  Therefore, respectful conversations please without any inappropriate conduct or language.
