Speaking of Kendra, I don’t agree with what happened to her BUT, I mean we kind of knew it was going to happen one way or the other the way she was straddling the fence between Ace and Capp. Ace and Raheem, and Joy mama [who’s POV was unnecessary] ALL GOT WHAT THEY DESERVED. Erin and Capone still solid is ever. Capri trying to get her shit together, but I loved the growth I saw by book 5 [3.5], she really adapted to accepting accountability and handling things with grace – rather than punching hoes in the mouth. An ok book. The MC is a bit of a bully and I can’t tolerate those, but he does protect his family.
