Broken Bonds (The Bonds that Tie Book 1)

I keep seeing this book and at first glance I thought the cover was super beautiful and wanted to read it. I went to see what it was about and saw the reviews and decided it wasn't for me. I did this as an audiobook because it was a free read. The first few chapters the main characters sounded so childish and wasn't into this at all and thought this might be my first dnf. I ended up sticking with it and it grew on me. Was this great writing? No. Was this a great story? Nah. Was this written for me? Not really. It was interesting and it kept me gage though. The main characters are all kind of annoying and it feels like a teenage show but I want to know more about everyone's powers so I'm onto the next book.
