Great book! Lots of helpful insight and very informational, although might of been an informational overload! Luckily I highlighted sentences throughout. I can see myself reaching for this again and reading it over and over to keep learning!

Just finished reading "Atomic Habits" by James Clear and I must say, it was an interesting read about creating and eliminating habits that shape our lives. The book provides useful information on how to create new and good habits while getting rid of old ones that limit our progress. I highly recommend giving it a read and implementing some of the strategies in your own life. #AtomicHabits #JamesClear #HabitBuilding #PersonalGrowth
