All In (The Naturals, 3)

After a string of brutal murders in Las Vegas, Cassie Hobbes and the Naturals are called in to investigate. But even with the team's unique profiling talents, these murders seem baffling: unlike many serial killers, this one uses different methods every time. All of the victims were killed in public, yet the killer does not show up on any security feed. And each victim has a string of numbers tattooed on their wrist. Hidden in the numbers is a code--and the closer the Naturals come to unraveling the mystery, the more perilous the case becomes.
Meanwhile, Cassie is dealing with an equally dangerous and much more painful mystery. For the first time in years, there's been a break in her mother's case. As personal issues and tensions between the team mount, Cassie and the Naturals will be faced with impossible odds--and impossible choices.

Currently my thoughts are paralyzed by the intense emotions I endured reading these 378 pages. It's hard for me to decipher how much of the emotions were based off of the content, or my personal connection having a deceased mother and the need to find answers.
But with that being said...
Sloan is my favorite character so I found it fascinating to learn more of her back story.
I also found myself understanding how the UNSUB found "beauty" in numbers.
Although Sloane is my favorite character, I am not like her when it comes to being a Natural (get it?) with numbers. But I, as a designer, can appreciate (excuse my french) a damn good pattern.
I don't want to be "that girl," but I need to stop typing before this review gets spoiler-y(?). Just ignore me, I need sleep. The point is this series is good. Pick it up....please.
They broke my brain and my library is saying six weeks till I can fix it. This was amazing. Every reveal was perfectly timed, and I thought I had an idea of how the ending was going to be structured but Miss Jennifer said nope I am not predictable. I highly recommend this series to anyone who loved Criminal Minds cause this series is giving off those vibes but more personal.
