I can not abide romances where the love interest treats the heroine like dirt and gets away with it. The moment Asher sabotaged Marissa’s roommate possibility and made clear he was going to keep doing so was the moment I realized I could not continue reading this book. No excuse for making the “hero” a self serving, controlling ass.
