I didn't know I needed a Hades in my life
Even though this isn't at the top of my favorites list for pure smut, the way the author described the characters and their bond and how they become entranced with each other is magnificent. The sex was good, but could have taken more time to describe the scenes. However, Persephone and Hades together are truly beautiful.

This book was a light and refreshing break from the books I've read lately. I love a lot of world building and plot development, but sometimes it's exhausting. This book was very low maintenance and so cute. It has a good plot, but it's super easy to follow.

Five stars, easily! If you know me, you know I’m a sucker for a Greek mythology retelling—especially one that flips the script and gives us the female perspective.
This story follows Persephone as she’s pulled into Hades’ world and, in the process, discovers her own power. She starts out as a bystander in a life shaped by her mother’s control and ends as the architect of her own destiny. The spice? Deliciously steamy. But make no mistake—the plot steals the show.
The only thing that could’ve made it better? Duet narration. I would’ve loved hearing Hades’ shadow daddy growl!
