The Smut Sluts of Oakland

Hi! Welcome to The Smut Sluts of Oakland: Cocktails and Cock Tales, Oakland's social smut sluts book club. We meet towards the end of each month in the afternoon/evening for drinks (if you want), catch up, and chat about the book of the month. We start each book discussion with each person telling the group one hard cock and soft cock of the book (one thing they liked and didn't like). This club is just as much of a social club to make connections as it is to discuss spicy books. We read a variety of spicy books and talk about explicit things in public with very little filter, so if that's something that sounds fun to you, please join us!

Newcomers are welcome! Finishing the book isn’t mandatory (highly encouraged though), but attending the meeting does mean you’ve at least attempted the book (a few chapters, skimming, or a DNF for any reason). If you haven’t started it yet, no stress—we’d love to see you at the following meeting instead. Also, if the book blurb isn’t your vibe or the book as triggers/topics that you want to avoid reading, please look out for your mental health and skip the book for the month. I promise we’ll have something yummy for you soon ;)

We rotate subgenres every month, members give book suggestions within that subgenre, and we vote! The club is new and still working out some kinks (as well as discovering and exploring them).

Please make sure your Bookclubs notifications are turned on as that's how we primarily communicate and decide books/meeting times. Polls are put up fairly frequently, and I don't want you to miss out! We also have a discord.
