About S.L.O.W.

Spirituality for the All

If you are "spiritual but not religious"—or perhaps just frustrated with the performative world of New Age trends, the limits of your yoga practice, or "light and love" platitudes (to name a few)—you’ve found your sanctuary here. Welcome.

The Slow Book Club is a landing pad for the skeptics, the seekers, and the spiritually burnt out. We don't do gurus here. We don't do "positive vibes only." We do the messy, honest work of inhabiting our own journey.

What we do here:

In this community, we focus exclusively on two foundational texts: Redefining Being Selfish and Selfistry. These books serve as our roadmap for stripping away the "shoulds" and finding a spirituality that actually works in the middle of a Tuesday afternoon in the twenty-first century.

Why join us?

  • Live Author Access: The author is your host and facilitates most of the live calls so you can meet the her, ask the hard questions, and engage in real-time dialogue.
  • A BS-Free Zone: We trade spiritual clichés for practical self-sovereignty. All are welcome. Abiding by group engagement guidelines is a given.
  • Community Connection: Meet a family of readers who are also navigating the gap between "ancient wisdom" and "modern reality."

Note: This club is the dedicated home for discussing Sarah's primary works. For those looking to transition from 'foundational reading' into 'ongoing daily practice,' she also hosts a sister membership called Slow Spirituality.
