Pride Plot Twist

Do you love to read but don’t have time for a monthly book club? Then the Pride Plot Twist is for you! We read LGBTQ+ stories and then meet 3-4 times a year (with the possibility of adding more) for online discussions.

Book selections can be highbrow, lowbrow or anything in between. Any genre is allowed (fiction or non-fiction), including realistic, fantasy, sci-fi, horror, thriller, Young Adult, rom-com, graphic novel, memoir, biography, history, essay collections, anthology, etc. If it’s part of a series, it will be the first book and/or can work as a standalone without needing to read the other books (sequels can be chosen if we’re already covered the first book).

First Book Club Meeting:

Thursday, February 5, 2026 (8pm ET/5pm PT) [Tentative date/time]

Dates/times are subject to change, but currently, the plan for 2026 is to hold online meetings on the first Thursday in February, June and October, with an informal end-of-year meeting in December to reflect on everything we've read throughout the year. Additional meetings outside of these months might be added.
