Indian Book Club

Although I cherish books of all types, I also wish to read more about my people, my country, and my culture. Many stories have not received the attention they merit. The Indian books that have gained global popularity are excellent, yet they often arise from privilege. I aim to launch this book club so we can explore more heartland books—English or English translations only—that depict our history, foster pride, and reveal our biases at the same time.
