About High Hopes Counseling Foundation
- Organization: High Hopes Counseling Foundation is a non-profit counseling and consulting agency that provides mental and behavioral health services, support, and advocacy in a safe environment to children and their families, regardless of their ability to pay.
- Book Club: The focus is learning and educating ourselves about various topics of mental health (ex: autism spectrum, trauma, etc.). We will meet on the last Sunday of every month, unless specified otherwise, to discuss the selected book. All participants are encouraged to practice empathy, mindfulness, and reception to new or uncomfortable ideas, and to utilize High Hopes's resources if additional support is needed.
