Book Club School

Book Club School is a unique mix between a book club and a language class. You learn something new about the books and authors, and as you discuss what you have read with others, your teacher gives you feedback on your English to help you develop. It's fun, lively, and a great way to use and improve your English while meeting international people in English.

Suitable for Upper Intermediate (B2) to High Advanced (C2) levels. Use and improve your English while learning something new, interesting and valuable. 

We meet on Zoom once a week. The online book club normally lasts for 7 weeks and we usually read one book in this time. During the week you read the chapters we are going to discuss. If you like you can write a summary of this part of the book and your teacher corrects it. Then we discuss this part of the book over Zoom - a maximum of 8 participants in each online book club. There is a choice of book clubs - romances, thrillers, murder mystery, historical dramas or classics. This means that you are in a group with people who share your interests.

This online book club is populated by some interesting, friendly people with an upper-intermediate or advanced level of English.
