Between the Beans

Between the Beans is an online-first book club created for readers who want the community of a book club without needing to live in the same place. Each month, we choose a new book and spend the month reading and discussing it together online. Conversation happens throughout the month, so you can participate as much or as little as your schedule allows. Expect bookish discussions, reactions, questions, favorite quotes, theories, and plenty of opportunities to connect with other readers along the way. We read a mix of genres and choose books we think will spark great conversation. You do not have to finish the book to participate, and there is no pressure to keep up with a specific reading schedule. Our goal is to make reading feel social, fun, and something you look forward to. At the end of each month, we have a larger discussion about the book, with most participation happening online. There will be a monthly in person meet that is completely optional.
