Around the World

Let's travel the world by exploring a country through a local author's eyes. Through fiction, we'll enjoy powerful stories while also gaining insights into culture, food, history, and politics.

The best part: We will plan to meet up to connect and discuss at a local restaurant featuring cuisine from that country.

Bonus points: If you can suggest a book from your country (if not from the US) or read a book in its original language!

We meet monthly and share the role of hosting. We especially invite those who nominate a selected book to identify a restaurant and host the discussion (optional though!).
