Anti-Racism Book Club| For White Women By Day & Brandi

About Us: This club is for white women led by two black women. Our book club intends to create a space for vigorous and courageous conversation that may cause you discomfort. We aim to engage in meaningful discussion, that will challenge you to grow, learn, unlearn and fight against racial injustice. Here, we foster a community of compassion, empathy and allyship.

We will host two discussion meeting a month. One meeting will be on a weekday and one meeting will be on the weekend. Please do not RSVP for both of the meetings. Each meeting will be the same. We are hosting two meetings a month to accommodate our growing group. Each meeting will have a RSVP capacity so if you want a specific day and time please RSVP early to secure your spot.

About Refunds: This is a paid bookclub. If you would like to leave the bookclub for any reason please note the current subscription fee cannot be refunded, but you can prevent any future fees from being deducted from your account.

More About us: We thoughtfully curated book selections that challenge systemic racism and promote understanding. We will delve into topics such as privilege, discrimination and social injustice. Our discussions are open, honest and respectful. We encourage our members to reflect on their own privileges and bias and do the work of positive change by taking action. Join us as we amplify diverse voices, educate ourselves and work towards a more equitable society. Together, we strive to dismantle racism and create a world where everyone is valued and respected for their differences, including race.
