Knox was a successful kingpin trying to go legit.. in a final attempt he set up a plan to run things thru her flower shop on Valentines Day as a cover up, to help both of them out.. she paid off the family debt and her shop able to now turn a profit.. they had a connection and she accompanied him to a gala and then he told her he wasn’t what she needed at the time and broke things off.. then later, he came back for her, they had twin boys, married and she was pregnant again with a daughter.. it was extremely rushed and didn’t flow like it needed to
