Great anecdotes to illustrate her points. My favorite part was the notes section at the end, which illustrated how deep was the research. I also loved the index, the book club questions, and the section listening to literature. Reading about Naomi, the moderator was just fascinating.
This was actually a quite fascinating book that I read for the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation book club. It brought up a lot of interesting points and made me realize that sometimes the answers I give when listening to people may not be the correct ones and may not be what the person needed or wanted to hear.
