Wires and Nerve: Volume 1 (Wires and Nerve, 1)

At long last, the Rampion crew is back! And so is trouble of the wolfish sort, oh no... It's really interesting to finally get into Iko's headspace after her being a (albeit fashionable, clever, and epic) side character in the main series. Her narration is just as witty as ever, and her android heart's no less gigantic to do what she thinks is best for her friends. And Kenney! I loved how he started as a seemingly random yet important NPC in Winter, but now he's right up beside the rest of the Rampion crew getting hauled into adventure. The questions and fears posed by the remaining wolf mutant soldiers tackle some interesting topics too—it's nice to see the aftermath of Levana's reign and how Cinder and co have to deal with things once the dust's settled.
