Untamed

Glennon, oh Glennon. There are so many memorable lines in this book, I’d paint it yellow with a highlighter. I thoroughly enjoyed every second of this book and feel a kinship with Glennon Doyle because she was so raw and well-spoken in every chapter. I’m so glad I bought the audiobook to listen to her read it in her own words, but will absolutely be buying a physical copy as well.

I started this book out of nowhere, hearing it make some buzz from BOTM. I downloaded it one night during lockdown and devoured it. I can’t quite explain why or how but this book fundamentally shifted me. As someone coming back from a relationship dead end, the book helped me understand myself. It helped that the words themselves were so gorgeous throughout the book.

Second time around was even better. Love the insight and transparency of Glenon.

Life changing!
