This is a good short read to motivate someone who needs to help that their struggle is not a failure. As a self described author "with a fancy PhD and swears alot", I find this book to be helpful words from a friend. I think the swearing makes you think it will be blunt and harsh love but I found it to be understanding and well thought out explanations. The swearing was overtop though and not really necessary in the content. It did the job with the title.
