I’m so glad I listened to this book - chose it, period - thus being able to hear it via the author’s voice. I always liked LR, although knowing very little about her. And while I still don’t *know* her, I like her even more, and have tremendous respect for this tenacious righter of wrongs!

Scientology: Wow! What a bunch of horse-sh*t. HOW does this insanity persist?!

This is a tell all book about Leah's life within Scientology. She takes you on her journey from being a mere child when she joined with her mom to the difficult decision to leave the organization in her early 40's. She provides a unique perspective of everything she hoped Scientology would give her along with the myriad of disappointments including treachery, lost friendships, justifiable behavior and peels back the proverbial onion of what your life will be like if you join Scientology. It's a gripping read and afterwards her story made me want to know more about other's experiences, but I decided I didn't need that unnecessary information.
