This was a beautifully written novel and had me from the very beginning. Three different women in different eras who all lead a misguided and confusing life find themselves and who they really are along the way; which is where the 'mirror' takes part. They all look at a sort of reflection of themselves-of how they lead their life and how they are as an inner person and their soul and decide that life can be happier if even the smallest thing about themselves is changed. Even if it backfires on them. All three women wanted a better life then how they were brought into the world. They wanted to better themselves!!!
I really loved this book. PERIOD.
