Gave me a whole new perspective of how anxiety can be generated subconciously and what it means to break the on-going cycle of insecurity.
This book makes sense if you're familiar with the practice (not just the idea) of meditation. But it's still too hippy-dippy, fluffy, and imprecise for me.
The book might challenge some things you think you know and it might raise some questions you did not know exist.
It provokes thought, might improve your life and is very entartaining.
The book also has an open/non-judgemental tone about it that sees the beauty and the divine in every man-made religion.
