OMG! The book helps any who is living in unforgiveness due to horrific circumstances. So once was I at the time I read this book. I cried so many tears trying to get through this book because I understood the foundational point he was making. Anyone who criticizes this book, hasn't experienced a true tragic to the point where "true" forgiveness was involved. Americans want to consider themselves as "christ-like", but life will prove us different; when it comes time to forgive that unforgivable wicked act. This book is for those who are living in unforgiveness NOT for those of us who has no problems with forgiving as well as, those who have it all together when it comes to forgiving!
