This was a nice little short story with a neat ending. I did not guess what was going on, and it was a clever little mystery.. I always enjoy stories by Ian Rankin.

Glad it was only 80 pages. I feel the ending was a little disconnected to the rest of the story. Although the who and why was explained and you could see the connection but just didn't seem to flow for me.
