I loved the style of this book. Charles Duhigg is a NY Times investigative reporter so his storytelling reflects that while also being entertaining. The science of habit formation and change is fascinating to begin with but the way that Charles embeds this information into stories of people, companies and advertising makes it even more compelling. This felt like a nice overview of habits and a great introduction for those less familiar with the science. His appendix is really nice at the end as it gives a guide, in more detail, for effective habit change and how to implement the ideas talked about in his book.
Learned about Febreeze and how to make lasting changes
