Though this was a very introductory book and didn't offer very much new information, I enjoyed the author's style and she's a good writer. I'd recommend it to new witches who want an overview, but encourage using it to find other resources to dig deeper. Alexander has a broad base of well-researched sources, and her book was a bit more organized than several other books along this same vein.
