The Missing Half: A Novel

I wanted to like this book more, but there’s just something off about Nic. She’s dysfunctional, for sure, but she’s also not always a believable character. There were times when she was misreading a situation, but it didn’t ring true. I didn’t believe that that’s what her character would think. The ending is a weird twist, but it was unsatisfying. It was entertaining, but not one of my favorites.
