Was a wild and fun ride. I could not put the book series down. Truly consumed my thoughts and loved it till the end. Love and horror go together perfectly for this to be, in my opinion, one of the best stories for that genre.

The author is incredibly talented on this one. How each book ends with a cliffhanger perfectly lining up to the next one. The cover gives off a completely different assumption of what the stories actually are. At first glance, you’d assume it’s about sex, possibly some bdsm story and it is so not that. Yes there’s sex but that is not the story line. It’s righting wrongs in a town of corruption, cover ups and power. Just read it. Love this series and I’m usually not a series girl.

5 stars! Love these books. Only the third series in my life I wish was longer! The books were too short!
I listened to the audiobooks and the narrators are perfect. I liked them very much.
Lana and Logan are both interesting, likeable characters and I was rooting for them from the start. This is a medium angst series, and there are some precarious periods. The series is not very spicy, a 2/5 spice level at most, but the sex they do have is fun if not very descriptive.
This is an HEA but the separate books end on cliffhangers so make sure you have all of them to read at once. The Epilogue is great and includes other characters, not just the main H and h.
I will definitely listen again!
