I enjoyed the story. Short but entertaining and engaging. I wanted to finish before doing anything. Looking forward to reading the entire collection

EDIT: I had to update my review (not my rating because I wasn't impressed with Ms. Serle's waiting in this one.

I didn't understand this first book in this "mother's day series," as Kristina McMorris explains it in her opening author's note in book 2. But since reading Poppy's Story, it makes sense. These two women, so far in the series, don't know how to be mothers apart from their own mothers. Beautiful, and I think it's very relatable to every women on their path to motherhood.
