At the core, the four agreements are gems of wisdom that can be life-changing. There’s a lot of other fluff in this book that detracts from the intended message.

In general, it was fine. Not what I was expecting and not what I’d hoped for. I’ve seen this book everywhere, and it had some good food for thought, but it definitely didn’t warrant the buzz I heard about it.
