Spiritual One of my favorites HIGHLY recommend “How to” love without conditions but not a “how To” book ;-)

One of my favorite books is The Mastery of Love by Don Miguel Ruiz. I went into it thinking it would be a “relationship” book, but it’s really about self-love and healing first. It helped me understand how fear, insecurity, and past experiences can shape the way we love, and why boundaries matter so much. It’s one of those books that makes you pause, reflect, and come back to yourself.

This book generalizes the Toltec communities and is apolitical. It only speaks about love from a personal view.

The Mastery of Love is such a beautiful book, it really opened my eyes to the power of self-love and healing. I love how it reminds us that God is already within us, and when we embrace that, love flows so much more freely. It’s simple but so deep, and it sticks with you.
