Hated the first half, but once I found my way in, I really fell for it. It’s clearly a love letter, and it made me feel fond of New York too, even the bits I usually turn my nose up at.
Not a book for the feint of heart.
This was a fun, excellent read! Especially once you understand what N.K is really writing about! Glad I finished this before the next installment is released soon.
Hard for me to follow at first and then I became immersed in the story, characters and experience the author creates. Immensely creative with amazing dialogue and character develpment!
This is one of the weirdest books I have ever read but it worked for me. Also the audiobook was sooo good. I'd say it's the best produced audiobook I have listened to in a long time
Cute story. A love letter to NYC and it’s inhabitants. Ending felt a bit rushed. I would’ve liked to the ending more fleshed out.
