The Catch

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, it was a good quick read but not at the expense of the story. Twists and turns, I was surprised that Ed was bumped off, I was not expecting that. I also took a dislike to ryan especially when I thought he had kicked the poor cat. The suspense built throughout the book and at one point I did doubt eds sanity but it was a portrait of a chilling psychopath who shown his true colours in the final chapters. I didn't really understand the connection of the dead son and the relevance to the story but it did add a layer to family dynamic.
