This was a different genre to what I usually read now, but overall I thought it was a good book. I found parts of it quite long winded, especially in the middle, and then the ending felt quite quick in comparison. I didn’t guess the twist, so either it was well done or I missed the clues because the build-up was a bit drawn out. It did keep me reading though, and I was keen to see how it would all come together. A solid thriller with a good twist, even if the pacing felt a bit off.
