The final book in @evettedavis.author The Council Trilogy. The end of this era. What a fantastic way to go out. This book follows Olivia and her entourage as she takes on a familiar opponent, but this time the fate of the world lies in the balance. Will she rise to meet the expectations of her or will she run away…again?
For the record, I still dislike William and Josef’s relationship with Olivia. I find them overbearing and condescending, frequently infantilizing her in their chiding. Olivia deserves better and I’ll die on this hill!
