This is one of those books that leaves your soul a little cracked. The way the author explains the experiences at the Garden - shifting between the present and past. Absolutely loved this book!

This book was absolutely phenomenal. A coworker recommended it to me and it was so damn good. We both raved about it for days. I don't know why this hasn't been turned into a movie yet -- I'm totally waiting for the day its announced.
This is one of those books that sticks with you days, months..hell even years at this point. Seriously one of the best books I've ever read. Its just so original and nothing like I've ever read before. I read this easily 8+ years ago and it still pretty fresh in my mind. RUN AND READ this book.

This being the first book I read like this it was immensely good. It had me on my toes the whole time! Uniquely written from the aspect of a victim telling the story Dot made the characters real and gritty and relatable.

I don't consider myself a horror book reader, but I was hooked from the first page on this one. It's dark and twisted, but I couldn't stop reading. I had to keep reading to learn more just as I did once upon a time with "The Silence of the Lambs" by Thomas Harris. The story is seriously disturbing, and some of the mental images will stay with me. But it was an engrossing read.
