I thought the premise of this book was ludicrous. In fact, I skipped over to the last few chapters to see who lived or died. (I knew the characters would be on the run and didn't care) If indeed the government is holding back on cancer fighting drugs, God help us. However, after sharing this with others I realized I am alone in thinking that no way could this happen. Who knows? If you can suspend disbelief, this is a good thriller, but it was not my kind of book.
