Let me start by saying that I felt strangely drawn to this book despite a lot of the uncomfortable situations the women were in. I felt that I needed to know how it ended but, more so, the sarcasm, wittiness and unexpectedness kept me coming back for more. The storyline was a bit sporadic for my taste and I didn’t feel deeply attached or moved by it. I did, however, feel the urge to be a little more spunky like Aurora and simultaneously more aware of my actions toward others. I can’t say that I’ll be recommending it to a lot of people but I was personally entertained by all of the characters. They were all extremely in their ways and very easy to visualize.
