I had to read this for a seminary course. Some of the "tactics" that he suggested were helpful, especially in keeping control of the conversation. They could also be helpful when having a conversation with someone who could be considered "hostile." While his tactic names were intended to help as a memory aid, I found them annoying, but that's really personal preference. As a guide for talking about the Faith with unbelievers, there are some helpful tips.
