Great book, awesome plot!
Love the meet cute, like the banter between the characters. The side characters make me want more stories! A bit of angst at the end, but resolves for a great HEA.

This was pretty cute and light hearted. It definitely was the “lightest” SJ Tilly book that I have read. I did enjoy it, I just hoped for more spice. The issues felt very generic and didn’t really hook me the way that other books have. I did root for this couple but it felt a little lackluster for me. I liked Katelyn and how comfortable she was in her own skin, but also felt that she had a bit of a false bravado. I did like the dynamics between all the women and Jackson’s family, but I just felt there was something a little missing. Maybe I set myself up for failure by reading The Alliance series before these but it just didn’t hit the same.
