Talk about a wild one! There is definitely a shift in events about 3 1/4 the way through. There is spice, action and pain. It was my first pirate romance and it was a good one to start off on! Be prepared to learn a ton of pirate lingo tho! Also some of the fan art for this is willld

If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would. That is all.

Well that was NOT what I was expecting at all! I will say that this book contains some triggers.... so proceed with caution. It took me a little bit to get into this story. But all the things that were described during the slow beginning we all very important to the story overall.... so if you start getting caught up with that I say keep on reading! The one thing that I can say is that through the whole book you are non-stop rooting for Bennet! And wanting her to get her happiness.... I just wasn't completely sure what that was going to look like! I found myself stopping reading during certain times in the book so that I could try to figure out where this story was going. There was 1 woman in love with 2 men. And there were lies and deceit all over the place.... so I found myself trying to figure out how she was going to make a decision and what kind of secrets were going to keep finding their way out. It was absolutely a 5 star book! It has my emotions all over the place! It really was a great story and I can honestly say that it kept me on the edge of my seat and I was quite content with how things turned out!
