I look forward to reading more of your work and exploring the possibility of working together!
Our group consensus: the book was slightly challenging to grab our attention, due to the slow growth of the story, and how much “fluff” was in the book- 200 pages probably could have been removed from the book and it would not have effected the story line. We discussed how Quicksilver is indie published and the second book is not expected to be indie published so it may be more refined- which we are looking forward to!
The spice was spicing!! A couple of us believed it took awhile for the characters to connect on that level, where others thought it was perfectly timed, and it had proper buildup. The banter was also so good! I love the back and forth 🥵
