TW: sexual assault

Thanks to Libro.fm for the audio!

I always wanted to go to a boarding school.

I’m so glad I didn’t.

I hate that this has happened to Lacy, and so many other individuals across the nation, but I applaud her for coming to tell her story.

What a lot of people don’t understand - are the actions of someone that has gone through and survived a sexual assault. There’s so much self hatred there, spiraling out of control or just checking out is rather common. Yet, we’re judged for that. So thank you Lacy, for opening up and showing the masses.

Also, The sheer audacity of the adults in Lacey’s life makes me rage. The parents, included.
