Just to get this out up front: If you haven’t read [b:Thinking, Fast and Slow|11468377|Thinking, Fast and Slow|Daniel Kahneman|https:i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1317793965l/11468377._SX50_.jpg|16402639] yet, you should certainly read that instead of this. This book is like an addendum to that one, and is neither as broad nor as deep in its analysis. And on a related point, while I’m not one to complain about the length of nonfiction books generally, this one certainly could have been condensed quite a bit. Repetitions, tangents, and elaborate explanations add quite a bit more length than the authors really needed in order to get their points across.

All that said, the subject here is an important one, and I have no doubt that this book will raise its profile. So I’m teetering between the third & fourth star, but I think I’m going to go with just three.
