I picked this book up on a whim due to the pretty edges.

I am so glad I did! This book was amazing! I loved it so much. I was slow to read the first half due to my schedule (Not the book) but I stayed up all night reading the second half cause I couldn't put it down!

Highly recommend.

Okay, so real talk—I had no clue what was going on at first. Like, who was even telling this story? I felt like I’d walked into a conversation halfway through and was just nodding along, pretending to get it. But then, once I found my footing, I was hooked. Asmodeus and Eva? Yeah, they had me in a chokehold. The story just kept getting juicier, and by the end, I was fully invested.

And listen, Belial. I was not prepared for that man. He is such a vibe. Honestly, he’s my spirit animal. I mean, a broody demon man who can cook? Sign me up. I love a man with dark vibes and a spatula—I need an entire book about him—preferably with Eva’s best friend or, honestly, even her mom. Because tell me I’m wrong, but there was something going on there. I was practically shipping it from the sidelines.

Oh, and I knew Eva had to be some kind of supernatural, but my brain just refused to put the pieces together until the big reveal.

Now, let’s talk about Dan. Ugh. I had a bad vibe from him right off the bat. The man’s entire personality was red flags. Lying to his wife and daughter for her whole life? Absolutely not. I was ready to throw the whole man away. Every time he showed up, my inner monologue was just “nope, nope, nope.”

On the flip side, Eva’s mom was an absolute legend. She’s like that mom friend who’s seen it all and is just perpetually unbothered. Demons? Cool. Ancient secrets? Whatever. I want to be her when I grow up, for real. I absolutely feel so hurt for though after finding out that Dan lied to her during their whole relationship and stuff.

Oh, and girl, the piano sex scene.

If you need a book that’s got sass, spice, and a sprinkle of demon drama, you gotta read this one. It’s a wild ride, and I loved every second of it!

This book was a super cute Valentine’s Day adjacent read. Ash & Eva bond over their love of music, they fall fast and hard & are drawn to each other in the most delicious way. Ash’s brothers are also wildly inappropriate but in a hilarious way that i couldn’t help but giggle along with (demons… amiright?). if you’re looking for something light, fast, funny & spicy with a twist of hidden identities and figuring out the whole “human” thing… this is for you 😊

My Funny Demon Valentine by Aurora Ascher was such a fun and charming read! I loved the playful banter and the unexpected chemistry between the characters—it had me smiling the whole time. The mix of humor, romance, and just the right touch of spice made it feel lighthearted but still swoony. It’s one of those feel-good books that doesn’t take itself too seriously but still gives you all the warm, fuzzy vibes. Perfect if you’re in the mood for something fun and magical!
