3 The "Read What You Can" Policy 📚: Life happens! If you cannot finish the book, you are still highly encouraged to join the hangout anyway.

4 Respectful Airtime 🤍: Everyone gets a turn to share their thoughts without interruption so all opinions are valued equally.
