If Only You Knew: a gripping psychological thriller with a killer twist

The author does an excellent job crafting the tension that will leave the readers biting their fingernails until the very last page. They will be thrown into a world where everyone is a potential threat and safety is relative.

The plot was gripping, and I recommend this book to all lovers of the mystery and thriller genres.
